Baby Buttercup in Kona solids

This sweet little quilt was an impromptu project - Cait and I had just finished designing and sewing the top for the throw sized Buttercup in Kona solids, but since this pattern has two variations we wanted to feature both!

The cover sample is the "uniform version" - all matching blocks made from yardage. This baby quilt features the scrappy version made from fat quarters. (Though it's also jelly roll + charm pack and quarter yard friendly!)

I started pulling fat quarters we had leftover from other Kona recolored samples and put together this lovely scheme. Cait called it the passion flower quilt, and it's so pretty for summertime.

Cait quilted it with a new panto from Hancy Creations with a minky we picked up from Joann Fabrics. Baby quilts are great for practicing and experimenting with new designs!

Find all the fabric and pattern details below - this is a quick project when you need a little snuggler!

Happy sewing!
